Three Months Old!

 Delaney Jean is three months old! It amazes me to see how much a difference a week can make in a baby's life. She hasn't really grown in size since she was two months. She is still developing many adorable talents.

This month Delaney:

• loves standing up on mom or dad's lap
• loves sitting on mom's lap and rocking in the rocking chair
• is getting better about taking long naps during the day. No more little cat naps. Or at least not as many cat naps.
• likes staring at lights. 
• is learning to laugh
• She is happiest when she is about to go to bed for the night. I believe it is her strategy to keep us from putting her to bed.
• She is sleeping 8-10 hours at night. I love getting a full night's rest. 
• She use to be really good about taking bottles but now refuses taking one unless she is starving.
•  She is getting better about holding her head up. We have started using her Bumbo more.
• She still hates tummy time. 
• She loves laying on a blanket outside in the shade.
